Scotch Whiskys

Single Malt

10-, 12-, 14-, 15- and 18-year-old bottles from the main regions of Scotland: Islay, Skye, Speyside, the Western Highlands and the Lowlands. Indulge all five senses when enjoying brands such as Lagavulin 16, Talisker, Glenmorangie 10, Balvenie 12, Glenlivet 12/18, Oban 14 and Glenkinchie 12.

Blended

The art of combining mature, high-quality whiskies, each with its own flavor characteristics, with such skill that the whole is better than the sum of its parts. Each makes its contribution to the finished blend without any one predominating. Choose from brands such as Dewars, Dewars 12, Chivas Regal and Johnny Walker: Red, Black 12, Green 15, Gold 18 and Blue.

Cognac

Drinkers of cognac demonstrate an emotional tie to the beverage. It is associated with an air of class and prestige. Famous author and activist Victor Hugo called cognac “the drink of the Gods”. Choose from varieties such Courvoisier VS and Hennessey VS to Remy Martin XO and Hennessey Paradis.

Ports

Traditionally served as a dessert wine, port wine has emerged as the sipping alternative to wine and cocktails at luncheons, after-work outings and at home. Indulge in such varieties from Fonseca Bin 27 to Taylor-Fladgate Vintage Port 2000.

To enhance the enjoyment of our dining experience, we have composed a wine list consisting of the classics of France, Italy, Spain and Germany, the bold contributions of Australia, South America and South Africa, the pioneer vintners of this country. We are on a never-ending quest to bring you some of the finest wines of the world. Our temperature and humidity-controlled custom cellar now stocks over 400 outstanding wines, all meticulously chosen to complement the flavors of our innovative cuisine.

Exotic Cocktails

We offer a wide variety of libations from our Bar Menu of fine selected cocktails, We often create vodka fusions for seasonal occasions, like our pineapple vodka fusion with freshly slices pineappple and vanilla bean sticks all absorb the vodka to make an amazing Pineapple Martini.

Ashton

Ashton brand cigars have been touted as one of the more consistently enjoyable lines available. As a product of Arturo Fuente, this should come as no surprise.

This cigar brand has become one of the most popular cigars in the world and the standard by which all other cigars are judged. From the Dominican Republic, Montecristo cigars are available in a variety of premium blends for all different tastes.

Davidoff Primero

Davidoff Primero cigars are small Panatelas handmade in the Dominican Republic using a short-filler Dominican tobacco blend. The smoke is smooth and mild with that sweet classic Davidoff aroma. A great little cigar to enjoy with coffee.
